Inspection & Instruction

Stop throwing money at a pool service.

Let us show you how to have a beautiful pool in just 5 minutes a week.

For $79 have your pool inspected and receive care instructions to maintain your own pool. A must for new pool owners. Or, have your equipment inspected before you buy that new home.

FYI– Did you know that proper water chemistry is the single most important way to keep your pool from turning green? That’s right, with proper water chemistry maintenance, the water of your pool will stay clear even if you can’t run your equipment.

FYI– In the high heat of the summer, your pool uses more chlorine than normal due to the intense strength of the Arizona sun. To keep a pool clear, a stabilizer chemical (much like a sunscreen for your pool), must be balanced to keep the sun from burning away all the chlorine.

FYI– Stabilizer is included in small amounts in all chlorine tabs, so a stabilizer build up can happen over time which causes the chlorine to not be able to work effectively.

FYI– If you do not have regular pool maintenance and you want to know what your pool stabilizer level is, simply take a sample of your pool water to any local pool store and ask them to check it for you.

FYI– Too little stabilizer will require the addition of the chemical. Too much stabilizer or stabilizer build up will require a change of water. This can be done by draining your pool and refilling it with fresh water, or draining only a portion of the pool and refilling it, or as in the case of summer time heat, backwashing several time a day/week to gradually change out the water.

FYI– DO NOT DRAIN YOUR POOL IF THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE IS CONSISTENTLY OVER 80 DEGREES. THIS CAN CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE TO YOUR PLASTER OR PEBBLE TECH.
